Return Eligibility
We want you to love every piece from Ethereal By Nidhi Gupta. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sarees that have been altered, stitched, or customised are not eligible for return.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or product of equal or greater value (you pay the difference). To request an exchange:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order ID and the item you'd like instead.
- We'll confirm availability and share a prepaid return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll ship the replacement within 3–5 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided return label.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay/Stripe).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID.
- Clear photographs of the damage or defect.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already been shipped. To cancel, email us or visit your account's order history.
